Privacy Policy

The only information we ask for is what you choose to give us through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), project type, approximate budget, and whatever you write in the message field.

We don’t use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels anywhere on this site, and we don’t collect any information from you just for browsing it.

Submitting the contact form opens your own email client with the message pre-filled, addressed to our studio inbox — it doesn’t send anything to a server or database we run. The message only leaves your device once you press send from your own mail app, using your own email account, exactly like writing us an email directly.

This site does not set cookies, and does not use your browser’s local storage to track you or remember anything about your visit. Nothing is stored on your device by us.

The typefaces on this site are bundled and served from our own hosting at build time, not loaded from Google’s servers while you browse — so no font request ever reaches a third party. We don’t currently use any analytics, advertising, or other third-party tracking services on this site.

Anything you write to us through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry — to understand your project and get back to you. We don’t sell, rent, or share it with any third party, and we don’t use it for marketing you haven’t asked for.

Since enquiries arrive in our ordinary email inbox rather than a database, they’re kept for as long as any other email correspondence — generally for our own records of past conversations, until you ask us to delete it.

You can ask us at any time what we hold that relates to you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just write to us at info.vastudijadesign@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it.

If how we handle information ever changes — say, if we introduce a proper booking system or newsletter down the line — we’ll update this page to reflect it.
