The Villa

A full residential fit-out across eight rooms, built around warm neutrals, brass hardware, and layered lighting — a home designed to feel considered in every corner, not just the ones guests see first.

Living Room — The Villa

Living Room

An L-shaped sectional in soft beige anchors the room, paired with a single olive armchair and a round brass-and-marble coffee table. A book-matched marble feature wall holds the television, framed by sheer curtains that carry light in from the balcony beyond.

Dining Area — The Villa

Dining Area

Six upholstered chairs surround a marble-top table beneath a brass and fabric-shade chandelier. A console with a round mirror and a pair of table lamps dresses the wall, set against wainscoted paneling and framed botanical prints.

Kitchen — The Villa

Kitchen

Sage-green cabinetry with brass hardware wraps the room in a U, finished with marble countertops and a matching backsplash. Open shelving and warm under-cabinet lighting keep everyday things — plants, jars, boards — on display rather than hidden away.

Master Bedroom — The Villa

Master Bedroom

A wide upholstered bed carries layered cream and olive linens, flanked by twin nightstands and lamps. Floor-to-ceiling sheer curtains open onto a private balcony, with an olive accent chair tucked into the corner for reading light.

Master Bedroom — Wardrobe — The Villa

Master Bedroom — Wardrobe

Floor-to-ceiling fitted wardrobes in soft white open on either side of a backlit oval mirror. A built-in dressing table with a cushioned stool sits under warm brass sconce lighting, turning storage into its own quiet ritual.

Common Bathroom — The Villa

Common Bathroom

A glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a built-in niche sits alongside a wood vanity and vessel sink. A brass-framed mirror and warm sconces soften the neutral stone tiling that runs floor to wall.

Balcony — The Villa

Balcony

Woven rattan lounge chairs gather around a low table, with a vertical planter wall bringing greenery to a space that opens onto the skyline. Sheer curtains frame the threshold between indoors and out.

Entry Foyer — The Villa

Entry Foyer

A styled console beneath a round brass-framed mirror sets the tone the moment the front door opens — a lamp, a vase, a tray, and a patterned rug doing the quiet work of a first impression.
